Our Doctrine

What we believe

  1. We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are verbally inspired by God and inerrant in the original writing.
  2. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  3. We believe Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.
  4. We believe that through Adam’s transgression all people are sinners and accountable before God.
  5. We believe Christ died for our sins as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice.
  6. We believe in Christ’s bodily resurrection, His ascension, and His present intercession for us in heaven.
  7. We believe in the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  8. We believe all who receive Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and become children of God, and that the Christian life is to reflect the teachings of the New Testament.
  9. We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost — the saved to everlasting blessing, the lost to everlasting punishment.
  10. We believe salvation is the gift of God, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
